SB3S LAUNCHES THE 3RD ACT PROGRAM
CASABLANCA, 22 April 2024 – Selected as one of the 12 structures approved by Tamwilcom as part of the Innov Invest fund, SB3S, a leading structure for supporting entrepreneurs and designing innovative programs, is now a key Moroccan reference in pre-acceleration, acceleration, and post-investment support across Morocco and Africa.
Structured as a Venture Studio, SB3S brings together a diverse mix of strategic (high-level consultants and entrepreneurs) and operational expertise (Tech, Digital, Data, Legal, Financial, Marketing, etc.). Operating under a fully integrated model, it aims to create and propel the next generation of Moroccan startup champions in both pre- and post-financing stages.
Unveiled on 22 April 2024 in Casablanca, 3rd ACT is a support and financing program designed for startups in the pre-acceleration phase. It is exclusively accessible to startups with innovative, high-growth potential projects that are ready to craft their Equity Story.
3rd ACT offers three key components: access to top talent and expertise, an honorary loan of up to Dh750,000 from Tamwilcom, and structured preparation for the first round of financing with both local and international VCs partnering with SB3S.
- Alongside its partner Inskip and the Tamwilcom teams, SB3S has announced the launch of the Call for Project Applications, open from April 22 to May 23, 2024, on SB3S.
- 20 start-ups will have the opportunity to pitch to a panel of experts on 3 June 2024, with a view to forming the first cohort of the 3rd ACT programme on 10 June.
